Viewing Your Training Plan
Your coach can assign you training plans — workout programs with specific start dates and durations. You'll find them in the Plans section of your account.
Accessing Your Training Plans
Navigate to your Plans page to see all your training plans. Each plan shows:
- Start date — when the plan begins
- Duration — how long the plan runs (in weeks)
- Plan file — a downloadable document with your workouts
- Video — an instructional video, if your coach included one
- Link — an external link (e.g., to a Google Sheet), if provided
- Comments — any notes from your coach about the plan
Downloading Your Plan
Click on the plan file to download it to your device. This is typically a PDF or spreadsheet with your workout details.
Using Links and Videos
If your coach has attached a video or external link, click it to open it in a new tab. These often link to exercise demonstrations or a shared spreadsheet you can use to log your workouts.
Multiple Plans
You may have multiple training plans if your coach updates your program over time. Plans are listed by start date so you can always find your current one.
