Tracking Your Weight


You can log your weight in two ways — from your dashboard or as part of a check-in. All weight entries are tracked over time so your coach can monitor your progress.


Daily Weigh-In


If your coach has enabled daily weight tracking, you'll see a Daily Weigh-In section on your dashboard. Enter your weight (and body fat percentage, if prompted) and save. You can log one entry per day.


During a Check-In


When submitting a check-in, the Measurements step includes a weight entry table. You can add weight entries for multiple dates within your check-in period — for example, if you weigh yourself several times between check-ins.


Synced from Integrations


If you've connected a wearable device or scale that tracks weight (like Fitbit or Garmin), your weight data may sync automatically. See Connecting a Wearable Device for setup instructions.


Viewing Your Progress


Your weight history is tracked over time. Your coach can view your weight chart with daily, weekly, and monthly averages to identify trends.


Units


Weight is displayed in the units you've configured in your account settings (pounds or kilograms). You can change this in Settings in your account.
