Tracking Habits

Tracking Habits

Your coach may assign you daily habits to track — things like drinking enough water, stretching, or eating a protein-rich breakfast. You can mark habits as completed each day from your dashboard, and review your full habit history during check-ins.

Daily Tracking on Your Dashboard

Your assigned habits appear on your dashboard. For each habit, you can mark it as:

  • Completed — you did the habit today
  • Not completed — you didn't do it today
  • Not required — the habit didn't apply today

Your streak count is shown next to each habit, so you can see how many consecutive days you've kept it up.

During a Check-In

When you submit a check-in, the Habits step shows a tracking grid covering the full check-in period (the days since your last check-in). You can fill in any days you missed marking on your dashboard.

This is a good time to catch up on any days you forgot to log.

Tips

  • Track daily — marking habits on your dashboard each day is easier than trying to remember at check-in time
  • Be honest — accurate tracking helps your coach understand what's working and adjust your program
