Navigating Your Account


When you log in, you'll land on your dashboard — the home page of your account. From here you can submit check-ins, view your plans, message your coach, and more.


Dashboard


Your dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. Depending on how your coach has set things up, it may include:


  • Message of the Day — announcements or reminders from your coach
  • Daily Weigh-In — a quick way to log your weight for the day
  • Habits — your assigned habits to track daily
  • Check-In — a prompt to start or continue your check-in when one is due


Check-Ins


When a check-in is due, you'll see a prompt on your dashboard. Clicking it opens the check-in wizard, which walks you through each step:


  1. Nutrition — synced data from your nutrition app (if connected)
  2. Measurements — weight and body measurements
  3. Habits — a grid to log your daily habits for the check-in period
  4. Questions — questions from your coach to answer
  5. Photos — progress photos to upload


Not all steps may appear — your coach configures which sections are included in your check-in.


Plans


Your plans section contains:


  • Training Plans — workout programs your coach has assigned
  • Nutrition Plans — meal plans or nutrition guides
  • Homework — one-off assignments like videos or reading materials


Each plan includes a start date, duration, and any files, links, or notes from your coach.


Messages


The messaging section lets you communicate directly with your coach. You can send text messages, attach files, and share photos.


Resources


If your coach has set up a resource library, you'll find it here. Resources may include documents, videos, and other materials organized by category.


FAQ


If your coach has published an FAQ, you can browse common questions and answers here.


Account


From your Account page you can:


  • Update your profile — name, email, phone number, and other personal details
  • Change your password
  • Connect integrations — link nutrition apps and wearable devices to sync data with your check-ins
  • Manage payment methods — update your card on file
