Managing Your Subscription
If your coach uses Apotheo for billing, you can view your subscription details, update your payment method, and access receipts from your account.
Viewing Your Subscription
Your current subscription status is visible in your account. This includes the service you're subscribed to, your billing frequency, and the next payment date.
Updating Your Payment Method
If you need to update the card on file:
- Go to your Account page
- Find the Payment section
- Enter your new card details and save
Your updated payment method will be used for all future charges.
Accessing Receipts
Payment receipts are sent to your email when a payment is processed. If you need a copy of a past receipt, contact your coach and they can resend it from their dashboard.
Payment Issues
If a payment fails — for example, due to an expired card — you'll receive a notification. Update your payment method as soon as possible to avoid any interruption to your service.
Questions About Billing
For questions about pricing, plan changes, or cancellations, contact your coach directly. They manage your subscription and can make adjustments on their end.
