Logging Measurements

Logging Measurements

During a check-in, you may be asked to submit body measurements like waist, hips, chest, arms, or thighs. Your coach chooses which measurements to include based on your program.

Submitting Measurements

When you reach the Measurements step in the check-in wizard:

  1. Enter your current values for each measurement field
  2. Add weight entries in the weight table — you can log weights for multiple dates within the check-in period
  3. If body fat percentage tracking is enabled, enter that as well
  4. Continue to the next step when finished

What Gets Tracked

Your measurements are stored with each check-in and tracked over time. Your coach can view your measurement history and charts to monitor your progress — for example, seeing how your waist measurement has changed over several weeks.

Units

Measurements are displayed in the units configured for your account. If you need to change between metric and imperial units, check your account settings or ask your coach.

Tips

  • Be consistent — measure at the same time of day and in the same conditions for the most accurate tracking
  • Don't skip measurements — even small changes over time are valuable data for your coach
