Connecting Whoop
Whoop syncs your recovery, sleep, strain, and workout data with your Apotheo check-ins. Whoop is known for its recovery and strain tracking.

- Go to your Account page and find the Integrations section (or Settings > Integrations in the Apotheo app)
- Under Devices, enable Whoop
- You'll be redirected to Whoop to authorize access
- Log in to your Whoop account and approve the connection
Once connected, your Whoop data syncs automatically with your check-ins.

- Workout heart rate zones and averages
Troubleshooting
Nothing is syncing
- Make sure your Whoop is syncing with the Whoop app — Apotheo reads data from Whoop's servers
- Check that you have data for the dates in your check-in period
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting Whoop from your Account page
Data is missing for some days
Your Whoop needs to sync with the Whoop app for the data to be available. Open the Whoop app and let it sync.
Things to Know
- You can only connect one wearable at a time — if you already have another wearable connected, disconnect it first from your Account page
- Whoop doesn't track steps — if you want step data, you can additionally connect Apple Health to supplement your Whoop data
- You can additionally connect Apple Health to supplement Whoop data with anything extra available via Apple Health (e.g., steps, weight, mindful minutes)
- Data syncs for the check-in period — the days between your current and previous check-in
