Where Your Data Appears
Once connected, your nutrition data appears automatically in the Nutrition section of your check-in. Your coach sees:
- Daily macro totals — calories, protein, carbs, fat, and other tracked nutrients
- Food log — individual meals and food entries (where supported)
- Adherence to targets — how your intake compares to the nutrition targets your coach has set
Things to Know
- You can only connect one nutrition tracker at a time — if you want to switch apps, disconnect the current one from your Account page first
- Data syncs for the check-in period — the days between your current and previous check-in
- If you switch apps, historical data from your previous app remains in past check-ins
- Apple Health syncs nutrition data from whatever app you use to log food into Apple Health
- Log your food consistently — gaps in tracking mean gaps in the data your coach sees
