Managing Subscriptions

• Cancelling a Client's Subscription

  Cancelling subscriptions You can cancel a client's subscription from their profile. Clients do not have the option to cancel their own subscriptions. When canceling a subscription you have three options: Immediately - cancels the subscription when you click OK. The client will retain access to their account until their paid until date.
