Payment Methods

Apotheo processes payments through Stripe, which supports a variety of payment methods depending on your Stripe account configuration and your clients' locations.

Credit and Debit Cards

The primary payment method. Clients enter their card details on your payment page and Stripe processes the charge. Supported card brands include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others depending on your Stripe account settings.

Card payments appear in the client's billing history with the card brand and last four digits (e.g. "Visa ending in 4242").

Viewing Payment Methods

The payment method used for each transaction is displayed in the client's Payment History table. To see full details of the most recent payment, click View in the Last Payment row to open it in your Stripe dashboard.

Managing Payment Methods in Stripe

Clients can update their own card from the Billing section of their Account page. For anything else, such as adding bank transfer support or enabling other payment methods, use your Stripe Dashboard. Changes made in Stripe are reflected in Apotheo automatically.
