MyMacros+ Troubleshooting
Nothing is syncing from MyMacros+
If nothing is syncing from MyMacros+ or you see all zeros, check that you have the correct MyMacros+ account connected.
The email address shown on the check-in form should match the one you see in the MyMacros+ app, under Settings > Edit My Profile
If not, disconnect MyMacros+ from your Account page, or under Settings > Integrations in the Apotheo app, then connect the correct account.
My numbers don't match
If you modify the foods you tracked in MyMacros+ for days that were synced previously they are not automatically updated in Apotheo.
Click Sync Now to force an update of all days in this check-in.
My numbers still don't match
If MyMacros+ is syncing but the numbers you see here don't match what you see in your MyMacros+ app, try re-syncing the MyMacros+ app to the cloud.
In the MyMacros+ app go to Settings > Sync Content then tap Upload All at the bottom of the screen.
Once the app has re-synced, click the Sync Now link on the check-in form.
That didn't help
