Nothing is syncing from MyFitnessPal



If nothing is syncing from MFP or you see all zeros, check that you have the correct MFP account connected.

The username shown on the check-in form should match the one you see in the MFP app under More > Settings > Profile

If not, disconnect MFP from your Account page, or under Settings > Integrations in the Apotheo app, then connect the correct account.

My macros don't match



If you modify the foods you tracked in MyFitnessPal for days that were synced previously they are not automatically updated in Apotheo.

Click Sync Now to force an update of all days in this check-in.

My calories don't match



By default, Apotheo displays the calories calculated from your macros, which never exactly match the calories displayed in MFP. Entries in MFP are usually created from food labels, where the calorie values are rounded.

There's no need to worry about this difference:

Your coach is able to view both the calories from MFP and the calories calculated from your tracked macros in your check-in.
If you're hitting your macros, you are automatically hitting your calorie target.
