| During your trial, you can enter a Paid until a date to mark existing clients as already paid. Clients can sync their macros from MacroFactor via Apple Health.

In MacroFactor, connect Apple Health under More > Integrations.

In Apotheo, connect Apple Health in the Nutrition section under Settings > Integrations.

Macros, fiber, potassium and sodium, will sync to the client's check-in.

Connecting MyFitnessPal

Connecting MyFitnessPal

Clients can connect MyFitnessPal from their Account page in a web browser, or under Settings > Integrations in the Apotheo mobile app.

Macros, fiber, sodium, weight and body fat will sync with the client's check-in. Food diary-sharing instructions can be found below.

Food diary sharing

A link to the diary-sharing instructions is provided on the client's account page.

Diary sharing settings can be found in your MyFitnessPal app, under More > Settings > Diary Settings > Diary Sharing

In order to view your client's food diary, they must set their diary sharing option to Public.

Viewing your client's food diary

To view your client's food diary, click the diary link in the Food Log section of their check-in while logged in to own your MyFitnessPal account.

If they have their diary sharing option set to Friends Only and you're not yet friends on MyFitnessPal, click Back to mfpusername's profile, then Add As Friend.

Private food diary

You'll be able to view the client's food diary once they accept your friend request.

How Apotheo's pricing works

Application Fees

Once your trial ends Apotheo will deduct a fee of $10/month whenever a client pays you via Stripe.

Stripe shows this as an Application fee.

For example:

If a client pays a monthly subscription, Apotheo deducts $10 from each monthly payment.
If a client pays for 3 months in advance, Apotheo deducts $30 from their payment.
If a client pays a weekly subscription, Apotheo deducts $2.31 from each payment
