    The signup form is the form that clients fill out when they first join you. It collects all of the information you need in order to individualize the client's nutrition targets and habits. Apotheo comes with three pre-built signup forms: Basic Only - contact details, starting photos and measurements.   • Customizing Your Service Agreement
    During the signup process clients are prompted to sign your service agreement. Client Service Agreement A PDF of this agreement is emailed to the client when they submit their signup form, and you can find it in the Forms section of the client's profile. Client SerFew readers
  • Reviewing Signup Forms
    You can view clients that are in the signup phase from Signups in the top navigation menu. Signup forms can be filtered by: Unpaid- new clients that haven't yet set up payment and begun their signup form. Paid - clients that are in the process of completing their signup form. Complete- clients that have completed their signup form. To review a submitted signup form, click the View icon.
