Payment Receipts

Payment Receipts


Every payment processed through Apotheo is recorded in the client's billing history. You can view transaction details and access Stripe receipts from the client's profile.


Viewing Payment History


  1. Navigate to Clients and open the client's profile
  2. Click the Billing tab
  3. Scroll to the Payment History section


Payment history table


The payment history table shows:


  • Date — when the payment was processed
  • Amount — the amount charged, with currency
  • Payment Method — the card brand and last four digits (e.g. "Visa ending in 4242")
  • Actions — refund button (if applicable)


Click Show More to load older transactions.


Accessing Stripe Receipts


For detailed receipts, click the View link in the billing section to open the payment in your Stripe dashboard. From there you can:


  • View the full transaction details
  • Download or email a receipt to the client
  • See the payment method and processing fees


Last Payment


The Last Payment section at the top of the billing tab shows the most recent transaction, including:


  • Amount and duration covered
  • Payment date
  • A View link to the Stripe dashboard
  • A Refund button (if the payment hasn't been fully refunded)


If the last payment was a deposit, it's marked with a Deposit badge.


Payment Status Indicators


The client list shows payment status at a glance:


  • Active (green) — subscription is current
  • Paused (blue) — subscription is paused
  • Overdue (red) — payment is past due
  • Expired (red) — payment period has ended
  • Expiring (yellow) — payment expires within 7 days
