Quick Start Guide
Welcome to Apotheo! This guide walks you through the key areas of your dashboard and what to set up first so you can start working with clients.
Your Dashboard
After logging in, you'll land on your Dashboard — the central hub for managing your coaching business.

Your dashboard shows:
- Check-ins — a count of unread check-ins, with filters for ones unread for 24+ hours and overdue check-ins
- Clients — your active client count, clients due for a touch base, and plans due for renewal
- Payments — overdue, expired, and expiring payment summaries
- Signups — paid, completed, and unpaid signup counts
- Applications — unread, pending, and waitlisted application forms
Each metric is clickable — select any one to jump directly to a filtered view of the relevant clients.
Below the summary cards you'll find a map of your clients' locations and today's events from your calendar.
Sidebar Navigation
The sidebar gives you quick access to every area of Apotheo:
- Dashboard — your home page with summary metrics
- Unread Check-ins — jump straight to check-ins waiting for your response
- Inbox — client messages
- Calendar — your schedule and events
- Clients — your full client list
- Team — manage your coaching team (if applicable)
- Applications — review application form submissions
- Signups — track client signups and onboarding
At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find links to Settings, Help, and Logout.
What to Set Up First
Before inviting your first client, we recommend completing these steps in order:
- Set up your account — configure your name, timezone, and units
- Add your branding — set your business name, colors, and logos
- Configure your services — set up check-in frequency, forms, and requirements
- Add your first client — invite a client and get started
