Configuring Your Services


Services are the foundation of how you organize your coaching in Apotheo. Each service defines a set of check-in rules, forms, and requirements that apply to every client assigned to it. For example, you might have an "Online Coaching" service with weekly check-ins and a "Competition Prep" service with more frequent requirements.


Creating a Service


  1. Navigate to Settings > Services
  2. Click Add Service
  3. Fill in the form fields and click Save

Service Fields


Each service has the following configuration options:


Name


The name of the service (e.g. "Online Coaching", "Nutrition Only", "Competition Prep"). This name appears when adding clients and in client profiles.


Signup Form


Select the signup form that applies to this service. When a client is assigned this service, they'll be asked to complete this form during onboarding.


Check-In Frequency


How often clients should be reminded to submit a check-in. This controls the check-in schedule for all clients on this service.


Nutrition Required


How often nutrition tracking is required. This only applies when clients have macro targets assigned.


Measurement Form


Select the measurement form that applies to this service. This determines which body measurements clients are asked to submit.


Measurement Required


How often body measurements are required from clients on this service.


Check-In Questions


Select the check-in questions form that applies to this service. This determines which questions clients answer during their check-in.


Check-In Questions Required


How often check-in questions are required from clients.


Photo Form


Select the photo form that applies to this service. This determines which progress photos clients are asked to submit.


Progress Photos Required


How often progress photos are required from clients on this service.


Editing a Service


  1. Navigate to Settings > Services
  2. Click the Edit button next to the service you want to modify
  3. Update the fields and click Save


Deleting a Service


Click the Delete button next to the service in the list. You'll be asked to confirm before the service is removed.


Note: You cannot delete a service that has active clients assigned to it. Reassign those clients to a different service first.
