Pausing a client

Pausing limits a client's account access.

Paused clients may only send and receive messages. They're not able to submit check-ins, or access your resource library.

You can pause a client's service by clicking the ⏸️ button in their profile.



Pausing suspends subscription payments and stores the days remaining from the last payment.

Apotheo fees

No Apotheo fee is collected for paused clients.

Resuming a client

Paused clients appear under the Clients > Paused menu.

You can resume a client's service by clicking the▶️ button in their profile.

Resuming a client credits them with the remaining days from their previous payment. Subscription payment collection also resumes.
