Cancelling subscriptions





You can cancel a client's subscription from their profile. Clients do not have the option to cancel their own subscriptions.

When canceling a subscription you have three options:

Immediately - cancels the subscription when you click OK. The client will retain access to their account until their paid until date.
End of the current period - Stripe will cancel the subscription when the next payment would normally due. This gives you the option to stop the cancellation if the client changes their mind before then.
On a custom date - schedule the cancellation for a specific date. Use this when you need to cancel a client's subscription after their next billing date. For example, if you require three days' notice for cancellations and the client notifies you one day before their next payment is due.
