Training Plans

Training Plans


Training plans let you upload and share workout programs with individual clients. Each client can have multiple training plans with different start dates and durations.


Adding a Training Plan


  1. Navigate to Clients and open the client's profile
  2. Click the Plans tab
  3. Scroll to the Training Plans section

  1. Click Add New Training Plan

A modal will appear with the following fields:


  • Start date — when the plan takes effect (date picker, MM-DD-YYYY format)
  • Duration (wks) — how long the plan runs, from 1 to 12 weeks
  • Video — a link to an instructional video (optional)
  • Link — a link to the plan in Google Sheets or another tool (optional)
  • Comments — notes for the client about this plan (optional)
  • Plan — upload a file (drag and drop or click to browse). This is the plan document your client will download.


Click Upload to save the training plan.


Editing a Training Plan


  1. Find the training plan in the client's Plans tab
  2. Click the menu icon on the plan row
  3. Select Edit
  4. Update any fields and click Upload to save


Deleting a Training Plan


  1. Click the menu icon on the plan row
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog


What Your Client Sees


Training plans appear in your client's portal under their Plans section. They can:


  • View the plan start date and duration
  • Download the uploaded plan file
  • Access any linked video or external document
  • Read your comments


Training Plans Table


The training plans table shows all plans for the client with columns for:


  • Date — start date
  • Duration — length in weeks
  • Video — link icon if a video is attached
  • Link — link icon if an external link is attached
  • Plan — the uploaded file
  • Comments — your notes
