Training Plans can be uploaded from the Training Plans section

Uploading training plans

Clients receive an automated reminder the evening before the plan's Start Date. You can manually send an email notification by clicking the Notify button.

By default, plans are not visible to clients until the day before the Start Date. This allows you to pre-load nutrition plans in advance, and have them automatically delivered to the client.

If you set a Duration you'll receive a notification when the end of the plan's duration is approaching.

You can choose the number of days before the Start Date that plans become visible at Settings > Portal Settings
