Skipping Check-Ins
Clients can submit their check-in on or after the due date. If a client can't submit theirs — or if you don't allow late check-ins — you can skip it manually, or configure Apotheo to skip overdue check-ins automatically.
Skipping a Check-In Manually
To skip a client's overdue check-in:
- Go to the Client List
- Find the client with the overdue check-in
- Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the Actions column
- Select Skip Update

The client's next check-in will be scheduled automatically based on their service frequency.
Automatically Skipping Late Check-Ins
Apotheo can automatically skip overdue check-ins after a set number of days. You can also allow clients to skip their own check-ins.
To configure these settings, go to Settings > Check-In Settings:

- Auto-skip overdue check-ins — when enabled, overdue check-ins are automatically skipped after the number of days you set
- Auto-skip after X days — the number of days to wait before an overdue check-in is skipped
- Allow clients to skip check-ins — when enabled, clients can skip their own check-in from their dashboard
- Skipped check-in limit — the number of consecutive check-ins a client can skip (-1 means unlimited)
