Skipping check-ins

Clients are able to fill out their check-in at any time. They can submit it on or after the check-in's due date.

If you don't allow late check-ins, or if a client has let you know that they won't be able to submit theirs, you can skip it from their profile, or from the main client list by clicking the Skip Update (fast-forward) button.

Automatically skipping late check-ins

Apotheo can be configured to automatically skip late check-ins under Settings > Service Settings > Check-In Settings

You can also configure the ability for clients to skip their own check-ins.
