Setting Up an FAQ


The FAQ feature lets you create a list of frequently asked questions that clients can browse in their portal. It's a good way to reduce repetitive questions by providing answers to common topics upfront.


Accessing the FAQ Editor


Navigate to Settings > FAQ.

Adding Questions


  1. Click Add Question at the bottom of the FAQ list
  2. Enter the question in the first text area
  3. Enter the answer in the second text area
  4. Repeat for as many questions as you need
  5. Click Save


Reordering Questions


Questions can be dragged and dropped to rearrange their order. Drag a question to the desired position and the order updates automatically.


Editing Questions


Click on any question or answer field to edit it inline. When finished, click Save to apply your changes.


Deleting Questions


Check the Delete checkbox next to a question and click Save. The question will be removed.


Activating the FAQ


Check the Active checkbox and click Save to publish the FAQ to your client portal. Uncheck it to hide the FAQ from clients.


Previewing the FAQ


Click the Preview link at the top of the page to see how your FAQ appears to clients.


What Clients See


When the FAQ is active, clients can access it from their portal. They see the questions listed in the order you've arranged them, and can expand each one to view the answer.
