Uploading resources

You can upload documents that you usually send to clients, such as food lists or guides to counting macros, via Settings > Content > Resources and have them delivered to your clients automatically.


You can stagger the delivery of content by settings a value for visible after. Clients will receive access to the resource for the number of days you set after their start date.

Leave the visible after field blank to allow access as soon as the client submits their signup form.

Sharing resources

To share a link to a resource click the Copy link to clipboard button under Settings > Content > Resources. You can then paste the link into a message.

Where do clients access resources

Clients can find these documents under Resources in their top navigation, or in the Apotheo app. The menu will only be visible when a client has resources available to them (based on their service and visible after settings for the resource).
