Team roles and permissions

Here’s how team roles work in Apotheo:

Owner

The owner is the first coach in the account. They have their Stripe account connected to Apotheo, all payments are processed through their Stripe account, and they have access to all functionality in Apotheo.

Owners are able to impersonate the other coaches to view their client data and any communication with their clients

Admin

Admins have most of the permissions of the owner.

They can log in as other coaches and modify settings, except that they can’t view the Stripe transaction data section.

Coach

Coaches only have access to their own clients, and have limited access to account settings – they can’t modify any of the global settings.
