Reviewing Signup Forms

You can view clients that are in the signup phase from Signups in the top navigation menu.

Signup forms can be filtered by:

Unpaid- new clients that haven't yet set up payment and begun their signup form.
Paid - clients that are in the process of completing their signup form.
Complete- clients that have completed their signup form.

To review a submitted signup form, click the View icon.

Completing a client's signup



Once you've reviewed a client's signup form and are satisfied with the information they've provided you can assign them a start date.

Assigning a start date

When you select a start date the First check-in due date will automatically update depending on the check-in schedule for that client's type.

For example, if the client type is configured for weekly check-ins, the first check-in will be due 7 days after the start date.

You can adjust the First check-in due date if needed (for example, if you prefer clients to check in on a certain day of the week).

Rejecting a signup form



If you review the client's form and find that it's missing information, you can click Reject and ask the client to update it before submitting again.
