Reviewing Sign-Up Forms
When a new client completes their sign-up form, you can review their responses from the Signups section or from the client's profile.
Accessing Signups
Click Signups in the sidebar to view all client sign-up submissions. The signups page shows:
- Paid Signups — clients who have completed payment
- Unpaid Signups — clients who haven't paid yet
- Completed Signups — clients who have been fully onboarded
Your dashboard also shows signup summary counts, and each count is clickable to jump to a filtered view.
Reviewing a Sign-Up Form
- Navigate to Signups or open the client's profile
- In the client's profile, go to the Account & Profile tab
- The form responses are displayed in the Forms section
You'll see all the answers the client provided, including any custom fields you configured in the form builder.
Sign-Up Workflow
The typical sign-up flow for a new client:
- You add the client with a service that has a sign-up form attached
- The client receives a login link via email
- They log in, set their password, and complete the sign-up form
- They make their payment (if applicable)
- The client appears in your Paid Signups or Unpaid Signups list
Dashboard Metrics
Your dashboard shows signup metrics at a glance:
- Paid — number of clients who have completed payment
- Completed — fully onboarded clients
- Unpaid — clients who still need to pay
Click any metric to jump to the filtered signup list.
Sending Reminders
If a client hasn't completed their signup or payment, you can send them a reminder:
- Find the client in the signup list or client list
- Click the Remind action from the row menu
This sends an email reminder prompting them to complete their onboarding.
