Reviewing Application Forms



You can view submitted applications under Applications in the top navigation.


Unread application list


Applications can be filtered by:


  • Unread- new applications that you haven't responded to yet.
  • Pending- applications you've responded to but not yet accepted as clients.
  • Archived - applications that have been accepted as clients, or rejected.


Responding to an unread application


To respond to an unread application, click

Your response can be personalized before sending. When you click Send the application will move to Applications > Pending.


Customize the default response templates under Settings > Client Notifications > Onboarding > Applications > Accepted application template.

Rejecting an Application


If you're not taking on new clients, or it's obvious that the application would not be a good fit, you can Reject the application by clicking

The rejection response can be personalized before being sent. Customize the default template under Settings > Client Notifications > Onboarding > Applications > Rejected application template


If the application is a duplicate, or you want to archive it without sending a response, click


Archive


Accepting an application


Once you've spoken with the applicant and you're ready for them to become a client you can create their account by clicking


The {{loginurl}} placeholder will be automatically replaced with a one-time link that lets the new client log in and set their password.
