Resource Library

Resource Library


The resource library lets you upload and organize documents, videos, and other files that your clients can access from their portal. Use it for food lists, exercise guides, educational materials, and other resources that apply to multiple clients.


Viewing Your Resources


Navigate to Settings > Resources to see all your uploaded resources.

The table shows:


  • Title — the resource name
  • Description — a short description
  • Category — the resource category
  • Services — which services this resource is available to
  • Visible After — when the resource becomes visible to clients
  • Actions — copy link, edit, and delete buttons


You can search by name, sort columns, and adjust how many resources are shown per page.


Adding a Resource


  1. Navigate to Settings > Resources
  2. Click Add
  3. Fill in the form:


  • Title — the name of the resource (required)
  • Description — a brief description of what this resource contains
  • Category — select a category to organize the resource (see Managing Categories below)
  • File — upload a document (PDF, spreadsheet, etc.)
  • Video URL — link to a video (e.g. YouTube or Vimeo)
  • Services — select which services this resource applies to. Only clients on those services will see it.
  • Visible After — control when the resource becomes visible:
  • A number of days after the client signs up — the resource appears automatically after the specified delay
  • A specific date — the resource appears on the chosen date


  1. Click Save


Editing a Resource


  1. Find the resource in the list
  2. Click the Edit button
  3. Update the fields and save


Deleting a Resource


Click the Delete button next to the resource and confirm in the dialog.



Click the Copy button next to a resource to copy its file or video URL to your clipboard. This is useful for sharing the resource link directly in messages or check-in responses.


Managing Categories


Categories help organize your resources. Click Edit Resource Categories at the top of the resources page to manage them.


From the categories page you can:


  • Create new categories
  • Edit existing category names
  • Delete categories


What Clients See


Clients see the resource library in their portal, filtered to resources assigned to their service. Resources are organized by category and only appear after the configured "Visible After" condition is met.


This means you can set up a resource to appear 7 days after signup, giving new clients a drip-fed onboarding experience.
