- **Nutracheck**
- **MyMacros+**
- **Apple Health** (nutrition data)

## How Clients Connect

1. Client opens their portal and goes to **Settings > Integrations**
2. Selects the nutrition app they use
3. Follows the authorization prompts to link their account

Once connected, nutrition data syncs automatically and appears in the **Nutrition** section when you review their check-in.

## Where You See the Data

When reviewing a client's check-in, the **Nutrition** tab shows:

- **Daily macro totals** — calories, protein, carbs, fat, and other tracked nutrients
- **Food log** — individual meals and food entries (where supported)
- **Adherence to targets** — if you've assigned nutrition targets, the synced data is compared against them

## Notes

- Clients can only connect one nutrition tracker at a time
- Data syncs for the check-in period — the days between the current and previous check-in
- If a client switches apps, historical data from the previous app remains in past check-ins
- Apple Health nutrition data comes from whatever app the client uses to log food into Apple Health
