How Clients Connect

  1. Client opens their portal and goes to Settings > Integrations
  2. Selects the nutrition app they use
  3. Follows the authorization prompts to link their account

Once connected, nutrition data syncs automatically and appears in the Nutrition section when you review their check-in.

Where You See the Data

When reviewing a client's check-in, the Nutrition tab shows:

  • Daily macro totals — calories, protein, carbs, fat, and other tracked nutrients
  • Food log — individual meals and food entries (where supported)
  • Adherence to targets — if you've assigned nutrition targets, the synced data is compared against them

Notes

  • Clients can only connect one nutrition tracker at a time
  • Data syncs for the check-in period — the days between the current and previous check-in
  • If a client switches apps, historical data from the previous app remains in past check-ins
  • Apple Health nutrition data comes from whatever app the client uses to log food into Apple Health
