How Clients Connect
- Client opens their portal and goes to Settings > Integrations
- Selects the nutrition app they use
- Follows the authorization prompts to link their account
Once connected, nutrition data syncs automatically and appears in the Nutrition section when you review their check-in.
Where You See the Data
When reviewing a client's check-in, the Nutrition tab shows:
- Daily macro totals — calories, protein, carbs, fat, and other tracked nutrients
- Food log — individual meals and food entries (where supported)
- Adherence to targets — if you've assigned nutrition targets, the synced data is compared against them
Notes
- Clients can only connect one nutrition tracker at a time
- Data syncs for the check-in period — the days between the current and previous check-in
- If a client switches apps, historical data from the previous app remains in past check-ins
- Apple Health nutrition data comes from whatever app the client uses to log food into Apple Health
