Nutrition Targets
The option to connect a nutrition tracking app is only available to clients once you've assigned them macro targets.
You can assign macro targets to a client while reviewing their check-in, or from their profile.
Targets are intended to be assigned as a set, for example, if a client has Trainings Days and Rest Days targets, both should be assigned with the same start date.
You do not need to set the start date to the first day that you expect the client to use that specific target.

You can set the following types of target:
Full Macros - enter values for protein, carbs, and fat (calories will be calculated automatically).
Protein + Calories - enter values for protein, and calories. Set fat and carbs to 0.
Calories Only - enter a value for calories. Set protein, carbs and fat to 0.
Protein Only - enter a value for protein. Set carbs, fat and calories to 0.
Tracking Only - Set protein, carbs, fat and calories to 0.
During their check-in, clients receive feedback on how close they are to their target, depending on the type of target selected.

Target names can be configured at Settings > Nutrition > Macro Goals
The following target names are configured by default:
Training Days - Days you train with weights.
Off Days - Days you do not train with weights.
Refeed Days - Days you consume increased carbohydrates.
Weekdays - Monday to Friday.
Weekends - Saturday and Sunday.
All Days - Every day of the week.
You can edit the names and descriptions of the existing goals, or add as many new goals as required.
The tolerances for colorization can be adjusted from the Client Updates section of the Settings > Nutrition > Macro & Calorie Tolerences menu.

Clients are sent a reminder of their new macro targets when you respond to their check-in, as well as the evening before the Target's start date. You can manually send them an email notification by clicking the Notify button.
Clients can view their macro targets from their dashboard at any time.
