Message of the Day


The Message of the Day (MOTD) lets you post announcements that appear on your clients' dashboards. Use it for weekly reminders, motivational messages, or important updates.


Creating a Message


  1. Navigate to Settings > Message of the Day
  2. Click Create
  3. Fill in the form:

  • Message — the content your clients will see. The editor supports bold, italic, underline, numbered and bulleted lists, links, and font colors.
  • Date — the date the message should appear. You can schedule messages for today or any future date. Past dates are not allowed.
  • Services — which services this message applies to. Only clients on the selected services will see it.
  • Coaches — which coaches' clients should see this message. This field is only visible to admins and owners — coaches automatically see their own messages.


  1. Click Save


Managing Messages


All your messages are listed on the Settings > Message of the Day page.


MOTD list


The table shows the creator, date, message preview, assigned coaches, and services for each message. Use the edit and delete buttons on the right to manage your messages.


You can only edit or delete messages you created.


What Clients See


When a client logs in, the Message of the Day appears on their dashboard as a highlighted block.

If multiple messages apply (for example, from different coaches), the highest-priority message is shown — owner messages take priority over admin messages, which take priority over coach messages.


Tips


  • One message per service per date — you can't create two messages for the same service on the same day
  • Messages don't expire automatically — a message stays visible until a newer one replaces it for that service
  • Use formatting — bold key dates or action items to make your message stand out
  • Schedule ahead — set a future date to queue up messages in advance
