# Logging In & Resetting Your Password

Your coach will send you a link to access your account. From the login page, you can sign in with your email and password, or use a passwordless login link.

## Signing In

Enter your email address and password on the login page, then click **Sign In**.

## Resetting Your Password

If you've forgotten your password:

1. On the login page, click **Forgot your password?**
2. Enter your email address and click **Reset password**
3. Check your email for a link to set a new password

Click the link in the email and choose a new password. You'll be able to sign in with it immediately.

## Login with Email (Passwordless)

You can also sign in without a password:

1. On the login page, click **Login with email**
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for a one-time login link
4. Click the link to sign in immediately

This is a quick option if you don't remember your password or prefer not to use one.

## Locked Account

If you enter your password incorrectly too many times, your account will be temporarily locked. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the **Forgot your password?** link to reset it and regain access immediately.

## Tips

- **Check your spam folder** if you don't see the password reset or login link email
- **Ask your coach** if you're still unable to log in — they can send you a login link directly
