Logging In as a Client

You can log in as any active client to see exactly what they see in your portal. This is useful for troubleshooting issues, verifying how content appears, or walking a client through a feature.

How to Log In as a Client

1. Navigate to Clients and open the client's profile
2. Click the Options dropdown in the top right
3. Select Log in as

You'll be redirected to the client's dashboard, seeing the portal exactly as they do — including their check-ins, messages, plans, and payment status.

Returning to Your Coach View

Click the Exit button in the top bar to return to your coach dashboard.

Important Notes

• This option is only available for active (non-archived) clients
• Any actions you take while logged in as a client will appear as if the client performed them
• Use this feature carefully — avoid submitting check-ins or making payments on behalf of a client unless intended

Sending a Login Link

If a client is having trouble logging in, you can send them a fresh login link:

1. Open the client's profile
2. Click the Options dropdown
3. Select Send login link
4. Confirm in the dialog

The client will receive an email with a one-time login link they can use to access their account.
