How Apotheo's Pricing Works
Apotheo charges a flat fee per client per month — there are no upfront costs, monthly subscriptions, or feature tiers.
Free Trial
When you first sign up, you get a free trial to explore the platform and set up your coaching business. During the trial, you can add clients and process payments without any Apotheo fees.
Application Fees
Once your trial ends, Apotheo deducts a fee of $10 per client per month from each payment your client makes via Stripe. This appears on your Stripe dashboard as an Application fee.
How this works depends on your client's billing schedule:

Annual | $120 per payment |
The fee is proportional — you always pay $10/client/month regardless of how the client is billed.
Viewing Your Fees
You can see a breakdown of all application fees on your Apotheo dashboard under Stripe Transactions. Each transaction shows the client payment amount, the Apotheo fee, and the Stripe processing fee.
Stripe Processing Fees
In addition to Apotheo's application fee, Stripe charges its own processing fees on each transaction. These are standard Stripe rates and are not set by Apotheo. See Stripe's pricing page for current rates.
