Forgotten Passwords, Login Links and Account Lockouts
Forgotten passwords
Clients can reset their password using the Forgot your password? link on the login page.
Login links
You can also send them a login link by clicking the Send login link button in their profile.
If a login link has expired, clients can request a fresh by clicking Send a new link in the expiration message, or by clicking Login with email
Locked accounts
If a client enters their password incorrectly too many times their account will be locked. Their account will be unlocked after a period of time, or when they request a password reset link.
