Forgotten Passwords and Login Links
If a client can't log in, there are several ways to help them regain access to their account.
Resetting a Password
Clients can reset their own password from the login page:
- On the login page, click Forgot your password?
- Enter their email address and click Reset password
- They'll receive an email with a link to set a new password


Login with Email
Clients can also sign in without a password using a one-time email link. On the login page, click Login with email, enter their email address, and they'll receive a link that logs them in immediately.
Sending a Login Link (Coach)
As a coach, you can send a client a login link directly from their profile:
- Open the client's profile
- Click Options in the top-right corner
- Select Send login link
- Click Send to confirm


The client receives an email with a link that logs them in without needing their password. This is useful when a client is having trouble with password resets or needs immediate access.
Locked Accounts
If a client enters their password incorrectly too many times, their account will be temporarily locked. The account unlocks automatically after a short period, or the client can request a password reset link to regain access immediately.
