Daily Weight Tracking

Weight data can come from multiple sources — the client's daily dashboard input, the measurements section of a check-in, or synced automatically from connected integrations. All weight entries are tracked over time and displayed alongside check-in measurements.

How Weight Data Is Recorded

Dashboard Daily Weigh-In

When daily weight tracking is enabled in Settings > Portal, clients see a Daily Weigh-In section on their dashboard where they can enter their weight (and body fat percentage, if configured) for the current date.

Check-In Measurements

Clients can also enter weight entries in the Measurements section when completing a check-in. Multiple entries can be added for different dates within the check-in period.

Synced from Integrations

Weight data can sync automatically from connected apps. See Wearable Integrations and Nutrition Integrations for details on which services support weight syncing.

Viewing Weight Data

You can view a client's weight data in two places:

Check-In View

When reviewing a check-in, the Measurements section shows:

  • Weight table — recent weight entries, with the option to show more
  • Weight chart — a visual trend line with selectable intervals:
  • Daily — every logged entry
  • Weekly — weekly averages
  • Monthly — monthly averages

The chart also shows weight diffs between entries so you can spot trends at a glance.

Client History Tab

Open a client's profile and click the History tab to see their full weight and measurement history, including charts and trends over the entire coaching period.

Weight and Body Composition

If body fat tracking is enabled in the client's measurement form, the weight chart includes tabs to switch between:

  • Weight — raw weight data
  • Body Fat % — body fat percentage over time

Units

Weight is displayed in the units configured in your account settings (pounds or kilograms). Clients see weight in their own unit preference.
