Customizing Your Service Agreement
Note: the default agreement is provided for example purposes only. It does not, and is not intended to, constitute legal advice.
During the signup process clients are prompted to sign your service agreement.

A PDF of this agreement is emailed to the client when they submit their signup form, and you can find it in the Forms section of the client's profile.

You can add your service agreement under Settings > Onboarding > Service Agreement menu.
The following placeholders are available:
{{ full_name }} - automatically replaced with the client's full name.
{{ portal_name }} - automatically replaced with your business name.
{{ billing_details }} - automatically replaced with the client's payment details e.g. Your subscription will be paid in monthly installments of $200.00. Your card will be charged until you request cancellation.
