You can sync your Apotheo schedule with any calendar app that supports calendar feeds (iCal format), including Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook.

## Enabling Your Calendar Feed

## Copying the URL

Once enabled, click the **copy button** next to the URL to copy it to your clipboard. You'll see a confirmation that the URL has been copied.

## Adding to Your Calendar App

### Google Calendar

1. Open [Google Calendar](https://calendar.google.com)
2. Click the **+** next to "Other calendars" in the left sidebar
3. Select **From URL**
4. Paste your Apotheo calendar feed URL
5. Click **Add calendar**

### Apple Calendar

1. Open the Calendar app
2. Go to **File > New Calendar Subscription**
3. Paste your Apotheo calendar feed URL
4. Click **Subscribe**
5. Choose your refresh frequency and click **OK**

### Outlook

1. Open Outlook Calendar
2. Click **Add calendar > Subscribe from web**
3. Paste your Apotheo calendar feed URL
4. Click **Import**

## What Gets Synced

Your calendar feed includes events from your Apotheo schedule displayed on the Calendar page. The feed updates automatically, though there may be a short delay depending on your calendar app's refresh interval.

## Disabling the Feed

To stop syncing, return to the **Calendar** page and click the toggle button to disable the feed URL. Any calendars already subscribed will stop receiving updates.
