# Connecting Ōura

Ōura syncs your sleep, heart rate, HRV, and readiness data with your Apotheo check-ins. Ōura is known for its detailed sleep and recovery tracking.

## How to Connect

1. Go to your **Account** page and find the Integrations section (or **Settings > Integrations** in the Apotheo app)
2. Under **Devices**, enable **Ōura**
3. You'll be redirected to Ōura to authorize access
4. Log in to your Ōura account and approve the connection

Once connected, your Ōura data syncs automatically with your check-ins.

## What Data Syncs

- Steps
- Total Sleep, Deep Sleep, Light Sleep, REM Sleep
- Resting Heart Rate, HRV
- Sleep Score
- Readiness Score
- Activity Score

## Troubleshooting

### Nothing is syncing

- Make sure your Ōura Ring is syncing with the Ōura app — Apotheo reads data from Ōura's servers
- Check that you have data for the dates in your check-in period
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting Ōura from your Account page

### Data is missing for some days

Your Ōura Ring needs to sync with the Ōura app for the data to be available. Open the Ōura app and let it sync.

## Things to Know

- You can only connect **one wearable at a time** — if you already have another wearable connected, disconnect it first from your Account page
- You can additionally connect **Apple Health** to supplement Ōura data with anything extra available via Apple Health
- Data syncs for the **check-in period** — the days between your current and previous check-in
