# Connecting Cronometer

Cronometer is a detailed nutrition tracking app that syncs calories, macros, and food log data with your Apotheo check-ins.

## How to Connect

1. Go to your **Account** page and find the Integrations section (or **Settings > Integrations** in the Apotheo app)
2. Click **Connect** next to Cronometer
3. You'll be redirected to Cronometer to authorize access
4. Log in to your Cronometer account and approve the connection

Once connected, your nutrition data syncs automatically with your check-ins.

## What Data Syncs

- Calories
- Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat, Fiber
- Sodium, Potassium, Alcohol
- Food log with individual meals

## Troubleshooting

### My numbers don't match

If you modify foods you tracked in Cronometer for days that were already synced, the changes aren't automatically updated in Apotheo. Click **Sync Now** on your check-in form to force an update.

### Nothing is syncing

- Make sure you've granted Apotheo permission to read your Cronometer data
- Check that you have food logged in Cronometer for the dates in your check-in period
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting Cronometer from your Account page

## Things to Know

- You can only connect **one nutrition tracker at a time** — if you already have another nutrition app connected, disconnect it first from your Account page
- Data syncs for the **check-in period** — the days between your current and previous check-in
