Configuring Services


Your services can be configured at Settings > Service Settings > Services


A client's _Service _determines their check-in schedule, how often each section of their check-in is required, and which forms they answer.


Services


A _Nutrition _service is configured by default, you can modify this service and add as many others as you need:


  • Signup Form - which form clients fill out during signup.
  • Check-In Frequency - how often clients are reminded to submit check-ins.
  • Nutrition Required - how often the nutrition section is required (when the client has nutrition targets).
  • Measurement Form - which measurement form clients are prompted to fill out.
  • Measurements Required - how often the measurements section is required.
  • Check-In Questions - which check-in questions clients are prompted to answer.
  • Check-In Required - how often check-in questions must be answered.
  • Photo Form - which photos clients are prompted to provide.
  • Photos Required - how often photos are required.
  • Messaging - whether clients on that service are able to message you via Apotheo (you're always able to message them).


Check-Ins


All sections of the check-in form will be visible to clients on each check-in, each section will be required depending on the schedule you've chosen.


For example, when photos are required Every 4 weeks clients are able to skip the photos section on the other 3 weeks.
