# Configuring Photos

Photo forms define which progress photos your clients submit during their check-ins. You can specify different photo angles and categories, and create multiple forms for different services.

## Viewing Your Photo Forms

Navigate to **Settings > Photo Forms** to see all your photo forms.

## Creating a New Photo Form

1. Navigate to **Settings > Photo Forms**
2. Click **Add form**
3. Configure the photo categories and save

## Configuring Photo Categories

Each photo form lets you define which photos clients should submit. Common categories include:

- Front pose
- Back pose
- Side pose (left and right)
You can add, remove, and reorder categories to match your requirements.

## Editing a Photo Form

1. Find the form in the **Photo Forms** list
2. Click the **Edit** button
3. Update the categories and save

## Deleting a Photo Form

Click the **Delete** button next to the form and confirm.

## Previewing a Photo Form

Click **View** to see a preview of the photo form.

## Assigning to a Service

Photo forms are assigned to services. To use a photo form:

1. Go to **Settings > Services**
2. Edit the service
3. Select your form in the **Photo Form** dropdown
4. Set the **Progress Photos Required** frequency to control how often clients need to submit photos

## How Clients See Photos

During a check-in, clients see the photo categories you've configured and can upload an image for each one.

Photos are stored in the client's profile and visible in the **History** tab and within individual check-in views, making it easy to compare progress over time.
