Configuring Measurements

Measurement forms define which body measurements your clients submit during their check-ins. You can create multiple measurement forms and assign different ones to different services — for example, a detailed form for physique clients and a simpler one for general wellness clients.

Viewing Your Measurement Forms

Navigate to Settings > Measurement Forms to see all your measurement forms.

Creating a New Measurement Form

  1. Navigate to Settings > Measurement Forms
  2. Click Add form
  3. Configure which measurements to include and save

Available Measurements

Measurement forms let you select which body composition fields clients should fill in during their check-ins. Common measurements include:

  • Waist
  • Hips
  • Chest
  • Arms
  • Thighs
  • Body fat percentage

You can enable or disable individual measurement fields for each form, so clients only see what's relevant to their program.

Editing a Measurement Form

  1. Find the form in the Measurement Forms list
  2. Click the Edit button
  3. Update the measurement fields and save

Deleting a Measurement Form

Click the Delete button next to the form and confirm. Past check-in data submitted using this form is preserved.

Viewing Assigned Clients

Click the View Clients button next to any form to see which clients are assigned to a service that uses it.

Assigning to a Service

Measurement forms are assigned to services. To use a measurement form:

  1. Go to Settings > Services
  2. Edit the service
  3. Select your form in the Measurement Form dropdown
  4. Set the Measurement Required frequency to control how often clients need to submit measurements

How Clients See Measurements

During a check-in, clients see the measurement fields you've configured and enter their current values. Their measurement history is tracked over time and visible in the History tab of their client profile, where you can view trends and charts.
