Configuring and Assigning Habits
Configuring and Assigning Habits
Habits let you track daily behaviors for your clients. You can create individual habits, group them into collections, and assign them to clients who then track their adherence during check-ins.
Creating a Habit
- Navigate to Settings > Habits
- Click Create
- Fill in the habit details and save

The habits list shows each habit's name, whether it's shared with clients, and action buttons to edit or delete.
Editing a Habit
- Find the habit in the list
- Click the Edit button
- Update the details and save
Deleting a Habit
Click the Delete button next to the habit and confirm in the dialog.
Habit Collections
Habit collections let you group related habits together for easy assignment. For example, you might create a "Morning Routine" collection with habits like "Drink water", "Stretch for 10 minutes", and "Eat a protein-rich breakfast".
Managing Collections
- Navigate to Settings > Habits
- Click Edit Habit Collections
- From here you can create, edit, and delete collections
Creating a Collection
- Click Create on the habit collections page
- Give the collection a name
- Select which habits to include
- Save the collection
Assigning Habits to Clients
Habits are assigned to individual clients from their most recent check-in. To assign habits:
- Open a client's profile and go to their latest check-in
- Navigate to the Habits section of the check-in
- Click Add to open the habit selection dialog
- Select the habits or collections to assign

Once assigned, the client will see those habits in their portal and be expected to track them going forward.
Note: You need to create at least one habit in Settings > Habits before you can assign habits to a client.
How Clients Track Habits
Clients see their assigned habits on their portal dashboard, where they can mark each habit as completed, not completed, or not required for the day. Streak counts are shown next to each habit.

During check-ins, clients also see a habit tracking grid covering the full check-in period, where they can fill in any days they missed.
