# Completing Homework

Your coach may assign you homework — one-off tasks like watching a video, reading an article, or completing a specific exercise. Homework appears in the **Plans** section of your account alongside your training and nutrition plans.

## Accessing Your Homework

Navigate to your **Plans** page and scroll to the **Homework** section. Each assignment shows:

- **Start date** — when the homework was assigned
- **Plan file** — a downloadable document, if your coach attached one
- **Video** — a link to a video, if included
- **Link** — a link to an external resource, if provided
- **Comments** — notes from your coach about what to do

## Completing an Assignment

Review the homework details and follow your coach's instructions:

- **Download the file** if one is attached — this might be a worksheet, exercise guide, or other document
- **Watch the video** if one is linked — click to open it in a new tab
- **Visit the link** if one is provided — this might point to an article or external tool
- **Read the comments** for any additional context from your coach

There's no "complete" button for homework — your coach will follow up during your next check-in or via messages.
