# Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel a client's subscription with several timing options depending on how you want to handle the transition.

## How to Cancel

2. Click the **Billing** tab
3. In the subscription section, click **Cancel**

## Cancellation Options

The cancellation dialog offers three options:

### Immediately

Cancels the subscription right away. The client's access continues until their current paid-until date, but no further payments will be collected.

### At End of Current Billing Period

Cancels the subscription at the next billing date. The client continues with their current period and is not charged again.

### On a Custom Date

Set a specific date for the cancellation to take effect. Use the date picker to choose the date.

Select your preferred option and click **Save**.

## What Happens After Cancellation

- The subscription status updates to show the cancellation date
- No further payments are collected after the cancellation date
- The client remains active until their paid-until date
- You can still access all their data, check-ins, and history

## Removing a Cancellation

If you change your mind before the cancellation takes effect:

1. Go to the client's **Billing** tab
2. Click **Remove** next to the cancellation date
3. Confirm in the dialog

This restores the subscription to its original schedule and the client will continue to be charged as before.

## After the Subscription Ends

Once a subscription is fully cancelled and the paid-until date has passed, you can:

- **Archive** the client to move them out of your active list
- Leave them as-is if they may return later
