Branding

Customize the look and feel of your Apotheo portal so it matches your coaching brand. Navigate to Settings > Branding to configure these options.

Business Name

Enter your business name (or your own name if you operate as a solo coach). This is displayed to clients throughout the portal.

Color Scheme

Choose a color scheme from the dropdown. The selected color is applied to your navigation bar, login page, and interface elements across the portal. Pick something that matches your brand.

Logos and Icons

You can upload three different images to customize your portal's appearance:

Favorite Icon (Favicon)

The small icon that appears in browser tabs. Upload an image that is 16x16px or 32x32px.

Header Logo

Displayed in the header of your portal. Your image will be scaled to a maximum height of 80px — avoid uploading oversized images as they can slow down page load times.

Login Page Logo

Shown on the login page your clients see when signing in. Your image will be scaled to a maximum width of 250px.

Saving Changes

When you make changes, an alert bar will appear confirming your changes have not been saved yet. Click Save to apply your changes or Discard to revert them.
