Adding Clients
Adding Clients
To add a new client, navigate to Clients in the sidebar and click Add Client in the top right. A panel will slide in from the right with the client details form.

Required Fields
- First Name — your client's first name
- Last Name — your client's last name
- Email — the email address your client will use to log in. They'll receive a one-time login link at this address.
- Service — the coaching service to assign them to (e.g. "Online Coaching", "Competition Prep"). Services determine which check-in configuration, questions, and settings the client uses.
- Pricing — the pricing option for this service. This controls how much the client pays and on what schedule. Options are filtered based on the selected service.
- Signup Form — auto-populated based on the selected service. You can change it if needed — for example, switching to a simpler form when transferring an existing client.
- Coach — the coach assigned to this client. Defaults to you, but can be changed if you're on a team plan.
Optional Fields
- Paid Until — set a trial period end date. The client won't be charged until this date passes.
Submitting the Form
You have two options at the bottom of the panel:
- Add Client — creates the client without taking payment immediately. They'll appear under your Unpaid Signups tab.
- Add & Take Payment — creates the client and redirects you to take their first payment right away.
After adding, a confirmation dialog appears with a link to view the new client's profile.
What Your Client Receives
Your client receives an email with a one-time login link. When they click it, they're taken to your portal where they:
- Set their password
- Complete the signup form (if one was attached)
- Make their payment (if they haven't already)
Once that's done, they'll appear in your active Clients list.
Client List Tabs
After adding clients, you can find them organized across tabs on the Clients page:
- All — every client regardless of status
- Paid Signups — clients who have completed payment
- Unpaid Signups — clients who haven't paid yet
You can also create custom tabs to organize clients into groups. Click Add New Tab and double-click the tab name to rename it.
